
Melon Mule

The fruity and refreshing pineapple is cut through with warm ginger, making this sweet and sour take on a Ginger Mule suitable for all seasons.
Trim and peel 400 g of pineapple
Cut it into medium chunks
Transfer to a blender and add 75 ml of water. Blend on high speed until smooth
Set a coffee filter in a clean coffee dripper and sieve the juice into a container
Place the dripper over another container and pour the sieved liquid back into the dripper
Repeat the sieving process until the juice runs clear
Add 20 ml of lime juice and 20 ml of simple syrup to the cup of a cocktail shaker
Add 3 ml of ginger juice and 50 ml of muskmelon juice
Add 60 ml of vodka
Fill the glass with ice cubes and shake well
Fill a highball glass with ice
Strain the cocktail into the glass
Mix the pineapple juice with a hand frother until foamy. The pineapple foam is ready
Complete the glass with the Pineapple Foam
Decorate with edible flowers to taste. The melon mule is ready
