
Cherry Salad

In this simple salad, you'll find the sweetness of cherries, the heat of jalapeños, the acid of lime, and the floral flavor of coriander.
The Cherry Salad is a perfect side dish for the holidays, for a barbecue or just to eat it as it is.
Cut 500 g of cherries in half and remove the seeds. Add them to a bowl
Trim, peel, and thinly slice 2 red onions. Add them to the bowl
Thinly slice 1 bunch of scallions diagonally and add it to the bowl
Thinly slice 2 jalapeño peppers and add them to the bowl
Chop 1 bunch of coriander and add it to the bowl
Grate 1 lime zest over the bowl
Cut 2 limes in half and squeeze the juices over the bowl
Add 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Season with salt to taste and mix until everything is combined
Transfer the salad to a plating dish. The cherry salad is ready
