Wash and peel 1kg of orange and reserve the peels
Halve the oranges and squeeze the juice through a sieve into a cup until you have 400ml of juice
Transfer the juice to a saucepan over medium heat and add 400g of sugar
Stir until the sugar is dissolved and boil until reduced by half
Add the orange peels and turn of the heat. Let it infuse for 10m
Strain into a bottle. The orange cordial is ready
Keep it refrigerated and enjoy as you wish!
