Luke Kolpin

Luke Kolpin grew up in Seattle, where he started his cooking journey at the age of 20 at the Seattle Central Community College's culinary program. He worked at a few local restaurants, including Seattle Canlis, before making the leap to Europe to further his journey, where he spent over 8 years at the world renowned Restaurant Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark. At Noma, Luke had the opportunity to work with and cook for some of the most talented chefs in the industry — as well as work under Rene Redzepi and alongside some of the most talented teams in the world —, creating, teaching and learning every step of the way. After Europe, Luke competed on the 19th Season of Top Chef. When feeding himself, Luke's everyday go to are sandwiches, since he believes the many different ways to make one leads to endless possibilities for perfection!
