Brazilian, born and raised in the heart of Minas Gerais, Danillo lives in Europe and currently runs the kitchen at ODE Cellar Door in Portugal. His cuisine is a reflection of where he came from and a window into a future he believes in. He likes simple things, simple words like: "How about lunch?"
