Andrea Kaufmann

Andrea Kaufmann recently arrived in São Paulo, after a season in Lisbon, to cook in select exclusive events and teach cooking classes in secret places. She is known for her two restaurants, AK Delicatessen and AK Vila, and cooks New York Delicatessen classics, creating fresh ingredients menus inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and by the seasons of the year. In the past couple of years, Andrea has dedicated herself to developing online and in-person gastronomy classes, and she has lived in Lisbon, where she practiced her cooking in events, consultancies, and classes-dinners.
